By downloading, installing, or using the Unbuilt mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Unbuilt app on your devices in accordance with these Terms.

You may:

• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Save favorite projects to your personal collection
• Share project information with others through the App's sharing features

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the App's operation

Premium Subscription

Premium benefits include:

• Ad-free experience
• Access to complete archive of unbuilt projects
• Unlimited favorites
• Exclusive content and features

Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information updated
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not share your account with others

Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content in the App, including text, images, graphics, logos, and architectural project information, is owned by or licensed to Unbuilt Works. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

By submitting any content to the App (such as comments or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

Disclaimers

Information about unbuilt architectural projects is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbuilt Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unbuilt Works, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
